For our next meal, we got ambitious and made three different dishes, ranging from the simple to the more complex. The result was a fantastic ensemble meal with complementary flavors and a healthy calorie count at the end! Here are our dishes #10, #11, and #12.
The entree was the complicated one, pork chops stuffed with feta and spinach. The asparagus was the simple part this time, quick skillet asparagus. It was all tied together with a new favorite of ours, garlic fries. These fries are very versatile, and they go really well as a substitute for home fries at breakfast, or to make a salad “Pittsburgh style”. We have tried both and loved it!!
